1. - Do you have a showroom?
www.bathroomworld.co.uk is able to offer highly competitive prices by being an internet based retailer only. By not having showrooms we reduce the running costs of the business and pass the savings onto our customers.

2. - Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible for customers to collect their orders. We achieve great efficiencies through automating the processes throughout the business which delivers great value for money and great customer service. This does however mean that it is not possible to collect your order from our warehouse.

3. - Do you offer a price matching service?
Our purchasing team is continually working to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to offer a price matching service. We pride ourselves on offering great value, competitive prices and an excellent service which we do not want to compromise in order to offer price matching.

4. - What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live, but is generally within 3-4 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed.  We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website. Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order and will be provided with a tracking link which will allow you to see the most up to date information about where your order is.

6. - How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to, however delivery to mainland UK on all orders is FREE.

We do occasionally have a promotion that involves a coupon or voucher. These are usually distributed via voucher sites across the internet, please have a search! There is a specific field on our checkout to enter the details for any coupons or vouchers we offer.

Our prices are as competitive as we can make them, I am afraid this means we are unable to offer a discount for multiple purchases or high value orders.

12. - What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit it is down to you to return the item to us. However we would draw your attention to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) that require you as the consumer to have honoured your duty of care for the products within the cancellation period. 13. - Can you send me a brochure?
We are able to send you our latest brochure, please just call or send us an email, however because our range of products and prices are constantly being updated, a printed brochure might not be as up to date as our website.

14. - How do I cancel an order?
You will need to e-mail us on cancel@bathroomworld.co.uk . You will need to include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled.

15. - Where can I find dimensions for a product?
Where applicable we aim to show dimensions for all products we offer, if dimensions are available for a product they will be shown on the specific product page.

16. - What is the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation (WEEE)?
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) is the European Community directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment which, together with the RoHS Directive, became European Law in February 2003, setting collection, recycling and recovery targets for all types of electrical goods. 21. - What does it mean by 60 day No Risk Guarantee?
If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you have our 60 Day No Risk Guarantee, just return it to us undamaged in original packaging for a full refund, or we will organise collection at our expense. (All products feature a 60 Day No Risk Guarantee) Any refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving your returned item.

22. - Can I buy an extended warranty for my product?
